Do not judge is a message that’s easy to say, but it is so much harder to practice in real life. A lot of times we’ve gone to malls or other public spaces to “people watch.” Due to the social distancing brought on by the coronavirus, we find ourselves going over social networking instead. Are we judging people there?
Matthew 7: 1-6 reminds us that we shouldn’t be judgmental. We often want other people to give us the benefit of the doubt, so why shouldn’t we give it to others?
