Alum Creek Preschool offers four classes for children 2 ½ years old through pre-K, taught by teachers with credentials & experience.  Our preschool is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until noon.  Children can attend 2, 3, or all 4 mornings a week, and tuition is based on the number of days enrolled.  The school calendar parallels that of the Olentangy Local School District.  When Olentangy schools are closed for scheduled breaks or calamity days, Alum Creek Preschool is also closed.  Teachers have a combination of education & experience

Our preschool utilizes a Reggio-inspired philosophy to learning as our children are encouraged to express themselves regularly through artwork and hands-on projects that appeal to all the senses in learning more about the world they were placed in.  We believe that all children are unique, and it is our goal to provide a safe, creative, inspiring and fun environment for your child’s learning and socialization to take place.  Alum Creek Preschool emphasizes the importance of parents, teachers and children all working together to create the optimum learning environment.

Preschool classes have a daily planned Bible story time, and two monthly chapel times with all the children meeting together.  Alum Creek Preschool is a ministry of Alum Creek Church and is based upon Christian values that are illustrated in the curriculum, programming and interactions with the children and families that choose to be a part of the greater Alum Creek Preschool family.
